ElevatedIQ — Advisory Practice
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026
This page explains what personal information ElevatedIQ ("we", "us") handles when you visit elevatediq.ai or get in touch. The short version: this site collects nothing by default — no cookies, no analytics, no tracking. We only hold what you choose to send us.
Who we are
ElevatedIQ is the independent technology advisory practice of Alex, Founder & Principal Consultant. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
What this website collects
Nothing automatically. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and uses no third-party trackers. It is a static marketing page hosted behind standard edge infrastructure (Cloudflare), which may process technical connection data (such as IP address) for security and delivery as any web host does; we do not use that data to profile you.
When you contact us
- Email. If you email [email protected], we hold the name, address details, and message content you provide, solely to respond and to scope or deliver the advisory services you ask about.
- Book a call. Booking uses the third-party scheduler Cal.com. Details you enter there (e.g., name, email, calendar availability) are processed by Cal.com under Cal.com's privacy policy. We do not store your booking details on our own systems.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and scope engagements.
- To provide the advisory, assessment, or delivery services you engage us for.
- To send legitimate, relevant follow-up only where you've had a real conversation with us (no purchased lists, no cold marketing blasts).
Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only: (a) with service providers needed to deliver what you asked for (e.g., email hosting, scheduling via Cal.com), (b) where required by law, or (c) with your consent.
Retention
We keep contact and engagement records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations (typically up to 7 years for engagement records, per our retention policy). Enquiry emails we never convert are deleted when no longer relevant.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to the limited data we hold. There is no self-serve account system on this site, which keeps the attack surface small by design.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond promptly (usually within 30 days).
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
